I like every issue of Real Simple. I don't necessarily apply all the tips and ideas, but it's still one of the better magazine's out there.

I had tomato soup and garlic naan 3 times last week. I tend to eat things consecutively if I really like it.

White bunny! I still have to sew on the nose and eyes.

It's Nate's 1 year birthday party this Saturday, so I decided to make him something handmade. I saw it on the Martha Stewart show and thought it'd be a good way to recycle old gloves. It's my first one, so the craft of it isn't as good as I'd like it to be. I poked myself with the needle a couple of times too, but it was all worth it. I hope Nate likes it. 

I started this painting last year before I moved up to San Francisco. It's still not done. My goal is to finish it by the end of June.

Something to Take Care of

I went to visit my family in LA about a month ago and my mom showed me a pot with small baby succulents. That's the one thing that stood out from my LA visit...succulents. This past weekend Tim and I went to Home Depot and I got several small succulents and a pot so I could arrange them myself. I don't like buying prearranged plants.

It makes me smile every time I look at it.
